Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hypewear. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time

Please allow approximately 2 weeks (14 days) from the date you place your order to receive your goods. This estimate includes both processing and transit time.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown to you before payment.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your parcel leaves our facility. Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to begin updating.

Delays

Customs clearance, severe weather, carrier backlogs and peak seasons can add time to delivery. These delays are outside our control. If your order has not arrived 30 days after the order date, email us and we will trace it with the carrier.

Delivery addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed, and we are not responsible for parcels delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
